BUSINESS MODEL & INNOVATION: ODYSSEY 3.14
Too often, innovation is looked at from the restrictive angle of products, services, processes or technology. Strategic innovation, however, offers a global approach to innovation, based on an alternative conception of what strategy is and on questioning existing ways of doing things. The Odyssey 3.14 approach focuses on this kind of innovation and how it relates to the business model of the enterprise.
